Ripe developed a large suite of courseware for Amgen. This project was a serious ontaking with an aggressive schedule that required a quick ramp up as well as use of Ripe’s bevy of rapid development tools and techniques. These courses were built using the Flash Forum framework—we took the best features of this program and customized to fit the client’s needs and to keep it within budget. We had a fantastic team of experienced e-learning developers, SMEs, project managers and instructional designers. We are truly proud of this work because of the important content it conveys and the quality in which it was produced. Our long-term partnership with Amgen has been very productive and we look forward to future collaborations.

Ripe Training along with its partner BI Worldwide has developed several courses for Toyota. The course, Toyota Tundra: Increasing Accessory Sales, is an all-Flash course with a specific Tundra look in keeping with the brand’s design standards and runs on the VuePoint LMS. This course is highly customized with a creative approach to presenting information along with fun interactivity to engage the learner. Ripe also developed a suite of course’s for Toyota Fleet that teaches sales associates how to use their online fleet ordering tool via simple step-by-step simulations.

Toshiba

Ripe Training developed an Accounting 101 course for Toshiba America Information Systems. The course has a seat time of about 1 hour and covers the following topics: the balance sheet, income statements, assets and liabilities. The course was part of a blended solution in which the instructional designer also taught the concepts in a classroom. The students took the course first and then attended the class that provided further instruction and job aids. The TAIS Accounting course has an elegant "look ’n feel" and an intuitive interface that is in keeping with the Toshiba brand. It’s completely built in Flash to spice up the screens with animation and to capitalize on Flash’s streaming media capabilities.
