Ripe Training was founded by Chris Simental and Heather Richman who are a husband and wife team. They met at an e-learning company called Internal and External Communications in Los Angeles. This is where they really learned a lot about the business and became involved in every aspect of e-learning. Chris is Director of Technology and is involved with all the technical tasks of development. Heather is the Creative Director in charge of design and interface.
